Role: Academic Guide (Full-time | On-site)

As an Academic Guide at GLM Online, you will serve as a trusted advisor to students and professionals, helping them identify suitable online programs and supporting them throughout the admission process. This role emphasizes meaningful academic conversations, structured guidance, and long-term learner success.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students and working professionals in selecting appropriate online degree and certification programs

Conduct personalized academic discussions via calls and in-person meetings

Explain program structures, eligibility criteria, fees, and EMI options clearly and accurately

Support learners through the complete admission journey, from inquiry to enrollment

Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and academic value

Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest or experience in academic guidance, admissions, education consulting, or student support roles Learner-centric mindset with an ethical and consultative approach Familiarity with online education and financial assistance options is an advantage

Graduates preferred;

motivated freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
