Handle
incoming enquiries
from students & parents
Provide
course information
and guide them through admission steps
Follow up with leads via phone & WhatsApp
Maintain records in Excel / CRM
Assist in centre-based counselling activities
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge

Prior telecalling / counselling / customer service experience is a plus
