ScholartudeTech is looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analytics Faculty to train and mentor students in the art of data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning for students preparing for careers in data analytics and business intelligence.

Job Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Development

Design and deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and lab sessions covering key areas such as data analysis, data visualization, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. Create and update course content, assignments, and projects aligned with industry standards and real-world applications.

Student Mentorship & Guidance

Guide students in capstone projects, case studies, and real-world data analysis problems. Provide academic and career mentorship, helping learners build skills for roles in data analytics, business intelligence, and data science.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and big data technologies. Encourage students to explore innovative approaches in analytics, AI-driven insights, and data visualization.

Collaboration & Industry Integration

Partner with industry experts and academic teams to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant to market needs. Support industry tie-ups, live data projects, and internships to provide hands-on exposure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 02 - 06 years of teaching or professional experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.

Strong knowledge of:

Statistical analysis and predictive modeling Data visualization tools

(Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

Programming languages:

Python / R / SQL

Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark) - desirable Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex concepts for students.

Preferred Attributes

Hands-on experience in real-world data analytics projects or published research in analytics/data science. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their applications in analytics. Industry certifications such as Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent are a plus. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and shaping future data professionals.
