ScholartudeTech is seeking an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Faculty member to teach, mentor, and inspire students in the field of information security and ethical hacking. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on industry experience, preparing learners to tackle real-world security challenges and build successful careers in cybersecurity.

Job Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

Design and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and workshops on topics such as

network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, cloud security, and cyber forensics

. Create and update course materials, assignments, and lab exercises that reflect the latest cybersecurity trends and practices.

Student Mentorship & Guidance

Mentor students on

cybersecurity projects, certifications, and career pathways

. Provide personalized support to help learners master complex security concepts and best practices.

Research & Industry Engagement

Stay updated with

emerging threats, tools, and technologies

in the cybersecurity domain. Guide students in conducting

research and real-world simulations, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments

.

Collaboration & Program Development

Work closely with academic teams and industry experts to continuously upgrade the curriculum. Support

industry collaborations, live projects, and hackathons

to give students hands-on exposure to real security scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 02-06 years of teaching or professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.

Strong knowledge of:

Network & Application Security Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing Cryptography & Secure Coding Practices Cloud & Infrastructure Security Incident Response & Risk Management Hands-on experience with tools like Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to simplify complex security topics for students of varying skill levels.

Preferred Attributes

Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent. Experience in threat analysis, vulnerability management, or security operations. Passion for teaching and guiding the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
