Academic Executives

who are passionate about sales and education. This is a

target-oriented role

focused on promoting our academic programs to students and parents. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective students and parents via outbound calls and leads. Explain course features, benefits, and fee details effectively. Convince and guide students toward suitable programs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain lead records and follow up promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to drive enrollments.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills. Positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

Graduation is mandatory .

Salary:

?15,000 - ?17,000 per month + Incentives
