Role: Academic Excellence Manager Function: Excellence Department: Excellence Location: Pan India Purpose of the Job: Academic Experts play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission - they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in Affordable Private Schools. Principal Accountabilities: Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators, and teachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of the LEAD academic system that delivers excellent student outcomes. Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools through regular observations and data-driven conversations. Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out. Build academic relationships with School owners, Principals, Academic coordinators, and teachers Collaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solve problems that hamper partner school experience with LEAD. Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improve the LEAD academic system. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams. Graduation with strong training and facilitation background in Pedagogy and Curriculum implementation Job Requirement Must: 3 years in an academic support role and 3-5 years of K10 teaching experience (Teacher, Principals, Academic coordinator) OR 1-2 years of fellowship experience and 3-4 years of post-fellowship 2+ years experience of managing teacher teams EdTech or SchoolTech industry background in academic operations/ academic consultant roles. Education from any Bachelor\'s degree (B.Ed, M.Ed preferable) Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days a month. Should : Should have high operational rigor, ensure all reports and dashboards are shared timely and all stakeholders are enrolled through regular updates as required. Should have a high bias for action and be ready to go the extra mile in enabling excellent academic operations, while displaying courage with empathy. Nice: Multi-tasking ability.
