We are looking for an Academic Enrollment Coordinator to connect with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them through the course selection and enrollment process. The role requires clear communication, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to provide accurate program information in a supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and explain course structures, learning outcomes, and available academic pathways
Provide clear and helpful guidance to students and parents to support their decision-making
Manage incoming inquiries and assist students throughout the enrollment steps
Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or virtual meetings
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely completion of admission procedures
Update student records and interaction details accurately in the CRM system
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth information flow and student support
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or a student support role
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to explain academic information clearly and confidently
Organized, consistent in follow-ups, and comfortable working with targets related to student onboarding
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools
A short self-introduction video is required during the application process
