Role Overview:
The Academic Director will oversee all academic operations, ensuring excellence in teaching, curriculum design, and faculty performance. This leadership role involves maintaining educational quality standards, implementing new learning strategies, and fostering a strong academic culture across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and evaluate faculty performance to ensure high-quality instruction.
Lead curriculum planning, enhancement, and implementation in coordination with subject experts.
Monitor academic schedules, assessments, and student progress reports.
Conduct regular academic review meetings and training sessions for faculty.
Ensure that all academic processes align with institutional goals and industry standards.
Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Collaborate with management for academic planning, resource allocation, and program development.
Maintain academic discipline, documentation, and compliance across branches.
Requirements:
Qualification: Master's Degree / M.Phil / Ph.D. in Commerce, Management, or Education, CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) .
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in academics or academic administration.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of academic quality assurance and curriculum design.
Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and institutional growth.
