The Assistant to the Academic Director provides administrative, academic, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of academic programs. This role involves coordinating daily activities, supporting faculty and students, maintaining academic records, and assisting with curriculum and program management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.
Assist the Academic Director with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
Coordinate academic activities, meetings, events, and training sessions.
Maintain student records, attendance, reports, and academic documentation.
Support faculty with classroom materials, timetables, and academic resources.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic matters.
Help prepare academic reports, presentations, and documentation.
Monitor academic calendars and ensure timely completion of academic activities.
Support curriculum updates, assessments, and examination procedures.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and academic office inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Academic Director.
