is responsible for ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery of online executive programs. The role involves coordinating with faculty, learners, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver a seamless learning experience. This position requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Operations
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of online executive education programs, from program launch to closure.
Manage session scheduling, faculty coordination, and learning platform setup.
Ensure timely sharing of program resources, pre-reads, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor live online sessions to ensure smooth functioning and troubleshoot technical or logistical issues.
Track learner attendance, participation, and progress across modules.
Learner Support & Engagement
Serve as the Batch Mentor or primary point of contact for enrolled learners.
Address learner queries related to schedule, platform access, assessments, and program guidelines.
Facilitate orientation sessions and onboarding for new cohorts.
Ensure high levels of learner engagement and satisfaction throughout the program.
Manage learner / client escalations.
Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with faculty members for scheduling, session requirements, and delivery support.
Facilitate communication between academic teams, IT teams, marketing, and program management.
Ensure faculty receive necessary reports, learner data, and session recordings.
Program Quality & Compliance
Maintain documentation, program trackers, SOPs, and delivery checklists.
Ensure adherence to institutional quality standards and program guidelines.
Monitor session recordings, LMS content, and assessment compliance.
Collect and analyze feedback from learners and faculty to implement improvements.
Technology & Platform Management
Manage LMS access, user accounts, session links, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with tech support teams to resolve platform or session issues.
Ensure timely upload of recordings, study materials, and assessment components.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly program reports on engagement, attendance, assessments, and learner concerns.
Support data analysis to track program performance and identify improvement areas.
Work Schedule
Weekend work is mandatory (sessions will be scheduled on Saturdays & Sundays).
6 days working. One weekly off will be provided on a rotational or fixed basis, as per business requirements.
Flexibility to support early morning or late evening sessions based on batch schedules.
Flexible for PAN India business travel to institutes on a need basis.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in program coordination, online learning delivery, academic operations, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with online learning platforms (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Moodle, Canvas, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
