Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Academic Dean

to lead and oversee all academic programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining academic standards, enhancing curriculum quality, supporting faculty development, and ensuring student academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for academic planning, program development, and curriculum improvement Supervise and support academic departments, faculty, and staff Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements Promote a student-centered learning environment and uphold academic integrity Oversee faculty recruitment, evaluations, and professional development Collaborate with other departments to support enrollment, retention, and graduation goals Lead innovation in teaching, assessment, and academic technology integration Develop and manage the academic affairs budget

Qualifications:

Doctorate (PhD, EdD) in Education or a relevant academic field Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive academic leadership experience Strong background in curriculum development, accreditation, and faculty management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with regional education regulations and accreditation bodies (especially in the UAE/GCC region preferred)

Pay: ₹29,095.26 - ₹122,217.93 per month
