Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

About the Role
As an Academic Curriculum & Content Development at IIDE, you will be responsible for leading and executing UG, PG, and Online Courses with a strong focus on curriculum design, content development, and learning material creation. The role involves aligning academic content with NEP guidelines, enhancing student engagement, and fostering critical thinking, creativity, and real-world problem-solving skills through high-quality educational content.
What You'll Do
Curriculum Development
Structure and scale UG, PG, and Online Courses content development projects.
Design and develop curriculum for UG, PG, and Online Programs with an emphasis on interdisciplinary learning and flexibility.
Create curriculum aligned with NEP guidelines.
Develop diverse learning materials including textbooks, presentations, case studies, quizzes, and collaborative learning resources.
Conduct extensive academic and industry research to create engaging and relevant content.
Quality Assurance & Innovation
Use creative and authoring tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, Eleven Labs, and similar platforms for content and video creation.
Incorporate creative elements like graphics, animations, audio, video, and interactive components into course materials.
Understand and implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve study materials and learning outcomes.
Industry Collaboration
Collaborate with industry experts, thought leaders, and academic professionals to ensure curriculum relevance to current industry practices and emerging trends.
Additional Duties
Develop MCQs, assignments, and other assessment materials.
Seek review and approval from the reporting manager before finalising content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent content quality.
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the scope of the role.
Requirements
Who You Are
Must-Have
2+ years of experience in content development, curriculum design, or education-focused roles, preferably in business, entrepreneurship, or digital education.
Strong research capabilities using multiple sources.
Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools.
Knowledge of instructional design and multimedia content creation.
Should Have
Familiarity with business and entrepreneurship concepts.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and deadline management skills.
Understanding of instructional design principles and multimedia learning.
Nice to Have
Experience working with universities or educational institutes.
Prior experience in content or curriculum development for 3-year degree programs.
Educational Background
Graduate or postgraduate degree with a relevant specialization.
Location Preference
Candidates residing in Mumbai will be given preference.
