Little Wings Holistic Childhood Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Academic cum Admission Coordinator to manage academic coordination, admissions, and parent engagement while supporting admission growth through strategic marketing coordination. This role is central to ensuring smooth academic operations and delivering a positive experience for parents and children.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Academic Coordination
Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum
Support academic planning, class schedules, and daily classroom coordination
Maintain and update student attendance records, assessments, and academic reports
Ensure adherence to academic policies, standards, and early childhood best practices
Assist teachers with academic documentation, planning materials, and classroom needs
Admission Management
Handle all admission inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms
Counsel parents on curriculum, programs, facilities, and Little Wings' holistic approach
Conduct school tours and support parent orientation sessions
Manage the end-to-end admission process including forms, documentation, and fee coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date admission and student databases
Admission Boosting & Marketing Coordination
Plan and execute admission boosting activities to meet enrolment targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for planning and executing admission and branding strategies
Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, events, and walk-ins
Support online and offline promotional campaigns, open houses, and outreach activities
Track inquiry-to-admission conversions and prepare regular admission performance reports
Share parent feedback, market insights, and competitor observations with management and marketing team
Parent & Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding academics and admissions
Address parent concerns, feedback, and queries with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), orientations, workshops, and school events
Ensure smooth and timely communication between teachers, management, and parents
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain student files, registers, and official documentation
Support front-office operations and daily administrative tasks
Assist in planning and execution of school events, celebrations, and academic activities
Prepare reports, records, and documentation as required by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
