Job Title: Academic Counsellor & Trainer

Job Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Educational Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate in any field.

Experience: Fresher to 2 years and above experience (in counselling, sales, or training preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Counselling & Admissions:

Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to guide prospective students on career paths.

Explain course benefits and industry relevance (Digital Marketing, Data Science, UI/UX, etc.) and recommend the best fit.

Manage the end-to-end admissions process to achieve enrollment targets.

Training & Mentorship:

Deliver engaging and practical training sessions in at least one of the following subjects:

Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Graphic Designing, UI/UX Technologies.

Data Analytics (Power BI), Data Science, Cybersecurity, Flutter Development.

Accounting & GST, Hardware & Networking.

Mentor students on hands-on projects and case studies.

Commit to continuous learning and cross-training in new market-relevant IT/professional skills.

General Skills/Abilities:

Communication: Exceptional communication and persuasive skills in English.

Interpersonal: High level of empathy and active listening for effective student counselling.

Presentation: Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Technical: Deep domain knowledge and teaching proficiency in the chosen subject cluster (Digital/Creative, Data/IT, or Finance/Support)

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
