Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance:

Provide personalized academic counselling to students to help them make informed decisions about their education.

Assist students in setting academic goals and creating plans to achieve them.

Address academic concerns and provide solutions to enhance student performance.

Career Counselling:

Conduct career assessments and help students explore potential career paths.

Provide information about various academic and professional opportunities.

Assist students in making informed decisions about their future careers.

3.

Educational Planning:

Collaborate with students to develop personalized academic plans.

Provide information about course requirements, curriculum options, and academic policies.

Help students navigate the course selection process based on their interests and career goals.

4.

Support Services:

Identify students in need of additional support and connect them with relevant resources.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to address academic and personal challenges.

Monitor students' progress and intervene when necessary to ensure academic success.

5.

Parental Communication:

Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress.

Address parental concerns and collaborate to create a supportive educational environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Plus Two/12th grade).

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Empathy:

Ability to understand and empathize with the challenges students face.

Organizational Skills:

Effective organization and time management skills.

Computer Skills:

Basic proficiency in using computer applications for record-keeping and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:

In education, counselling, psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ experience in academic counselling or related roles.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in counselling or education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
