Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception:
Greet visitors, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times.
Student Counselling & Support:
Provide detailed information about available courses (IELTS, PTE, OET, Spoken English, German, etc.)
Assist students in selecting the right program based on their needs and goals.
Coordinate student admissions, registrations, and batch assignments.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions.
Support students with queries related to class timings, faculty, and materials.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain daily reports and student database in CRM/Excel.
Assist in collecting fees and issuing receipts.
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth scheduling and class updates.
Support small clerical tasks like printing, photocopying, and maintaining files.

Preferred Qualifications:
