Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Tamil Nadu, leveraging your network and market knowledge.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Market Analysis:
Conduct market research, analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
4. Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
5. Communication:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients and stakeholders in Tamil.
6. Reporting:
Provide regular sales performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Tamil (speaking, reading, and writing); proficiency in English is also essential
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
