Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic guidance and support to students Assist students in choosing the right courses or programs Offer counseling and advice on career pathways and academic challenges Maintain and update student records Collaborate with other teams to ensure students' success

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about education and student success Willingness to learn and grow in the academic counseling field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Freshers and individuals with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:

A graduate degree (preferred, but not mandatory) Basic knowledge of counseling techniques and academic systems (training will be provided)
