Work under strict timelines for growth everything follows targets to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.\xc2\xb7 Develop Business strategies and implement new innovative lead generation methods for cold calling, email marketing and other methods.\xc2\xb7 Maintain relationships with clients by providing information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvement.\xc2\xb7 Setting and Meeting Targets on a monthly basis.\xc2\xb7 Reach out to untapped potential leads.\xc2\xb7 Prospect new business and generate new leads.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the management and execute the Go-To-Market strategy.\xc2\xb7 Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with eco-system partners and influencers.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the fellow team members for smooth execution of delivery.\xc2\xb7 Achieve monthly and yearly targets through monetization of new and existing business development.\xc2\xb7 Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.\xc2\xb7 Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.Required Skills: (Must have)\xc2\xb7 Experience: 0-3Yrs.\xc2\xb7 Education: Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma or Equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in Marketing or Fresher.\xc2\xb7 Having a strong grasp on customer acquisition and retention.\xc2\xb7 Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads.\xc2\xb7 Perseverance, Hard-working and target-driven.\xc2\xb7 Extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.\xc2\xb7 Need to be a proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel for pitching of proposal for lead development and closure.\xc2\xb7 Critical thinker and good problem-solver.\xc2\xb7 Self motivated with Strong interpersonal, Time Management & Negotiation skills and Good communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Both Male and Female candidates can apply for this job.\xc2\xb7 Language Skills: English, Telugu, Hindi.Office Location:Geetanjali International School
