Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential students via phone, email, chat, and video calls during
US business hours

Provide one-on-one academic counseling to help students select programs aligned with their career goals and academic background.
Explain course structures, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and financial aid options.
Assist in the application and enrollment process; follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
Maintain detailed student records and manage the CRM system effectively.
Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and student success teams to enhance student experience and retention.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for counseling sessions, conversions, and enrollments.
Stay updated with university policies, program updates, and academic regulations.
Provide post-enrollment support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
