The role involves guiding students about available courses, helping them understand their options, and supporting them throughout the admission process. You should enjoy talking to students, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right path.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students on course options and career opportunities
Provide simple counselling sessions for students and parents
Explain course details, fees, and outcomes clearly
Assist students through the admission and enrollment process
Maintain basic student records
Coordinate with faculty and admin teams
Participate in orientations and counselling events
Build good communication with students and ensure a positive experience
Work toward daily/weekly counselling targets
Requirements:
Freshers can apply (training provided)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and student-focused attitude
Female candidates preferred
Basic computer knowledge and eagerness to learn
