Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Student Counselling

Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, brochures, social media, Google Ads, QR scans, and walk-ins.

Clearly explain our premium courses:

AI & ML, Python, DevOps, Multi-Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps

, and certification programs.

Understand student goals and guide them towards the right career track.

2. Pitching & Conversions

Highlight major value propositions:

o Free Demo Class

o Free Cloud Accounts

o 25% Discount

o Free Python Course (worth ?15,000)

o Free Linux Course (worth ?10,000)

o Free Webinars & Workshops (worth ?5,000)

Emphasize our competitive pricing (market ?20k-?40k vs our ?5,999).

Achieve

minimum 50 admissions per batch

3. Follow-Up Discipline

Maintain consistent follow-ups through

calls, WhatsApp messages, brochures, and reminders

.

Update lead status accurately in CRM/Google Sheets.

Ensure

zero missed leads

and 100% conversion tracking.

4. Batch Coordination

Communicate batch start dates, demo sessions, and joining procedures.

Ensure students join the official WhatsApp group via QR link.

Coordinate with trainers for batch readiness and communication.

5. Reporting

Share daily reports on:

o Total calls made

o Calls connected

o Warm leads

o Follow-ups

o Conversions

Track weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required Skills

Communication Skills

Excellent Tamil communication (English is a plus)

Confident voice, convincing speaking style

Sales/Closing Skills

Strong persuasion ability

Objection handling (fees, timing, demo, placement)

Ability to guide students from inquiry to enrollment

Technical Awareness (Preferred)

Basic understanding of Cloud, DevOps, AI & IT courses

Ability to explain technical programs in simple language

Work Skills

WhatsApp communication

CRM/Google Sheet usage

Consistency in follow-ups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
