We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Academic Counselor

who is fluent in

Bengali

to guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career paths. Both

freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about academic programs and career opportunities Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Handle inbound and outbound calls in Bengali and Hindi/English Assist in admission procedures and documentation Maintain student records and follow up regularly Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals Provide excellent customer service and build trust with prospective students

Required Skills:

Fluent in

Bengali (mandatory)

Good communication skills in Hindi/English Basic computer knowledge Convincing and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced both can apply Minimum qualification: Graduate Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule:

6 days working

1 rotational off per week
