We are looking for an experienced and student-focused

Academic Counselor

to guide prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and supporting the enrollment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about academic courses and career options Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and benefits Convert inquiries into admissions by effective counseling Maintain student data, follow-ups, and admission records Coordinate with academic and administrative teams Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets Provide post-admission support to students
Requirements:

Education:

Graduation in any discipline

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience as an Academic Counselor or similar role

Skills:

Excellent communication and counseling skills Ability to handle students and parents confidently Target-oriented and result-driven Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
