We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused
Academic Counsellor
to join our team. The role involves guiding students and parents by explaining our courses, understanding their academic needs, and helping them choose the right program. The counsellor will be responsible for providing accurate information, supporting students through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities: Tele caller sales executive
Guide students and parents by explaining available courses and helping them choose the right academic path.
Understand student needs, goals, and backgrounds to provide accurate counselling and recommendations.
Manage enquiries, follow up regularly, and support students through the admission process.
Maintain proper records of leads, counselling sessions, and conversions.
Achieve admission targets and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Bengali / Hindi / English).
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to handle students and parent queries patiently.
Sales mindset and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Minimum 6 months exp needed
Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
Must be comfortable with tele calling and counselling students.

?15,000 - ?20,000
per month plus incentives.
