Job Opportunity: Counselor (Female Only) - ICFAI Group Online MBA Program

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Counselor to promote the ICFAI Group Online MBA Program. The Counselor will be responsible for contacting prospective students, generating leads through telephonic outreach using databases, and counseling candidates to convert leads into admissions. The role requires making at least 50 connecting calls per day and achieving individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Telephonic outreach to prospective students from provided databases and leads. Counseling candidates about the Online MBA program offered by the University. Achieving daily and monthly admission targets through effective communication and counseling.
Education & Experience:

Graduation (Mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in counseling, sales, or marketing. Female candidates only. Preferred industry background: Education.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English, along with vernacular and Hindi. Internet savvy. Strong closing skills with a focus on achieving results.
Age: 24+ years

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ?25,000 to ?30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
