Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and student-friendly professional who enjoys interacting with students and can provide basic career guidance. You will be responsible for guiding students through their educational journey by helping them make informed decisions about course selection, career pathways, skill development, and academic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Counselling & Student Support:

Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand student goals, interests, and academic backgrounds. Guide course selection, subject combinations, test-prep requirements, and higher education pathways (India & Abroad).

Admission & Application Support:

Assist students with application components such as timelines, documentation, and forms. Coordinate with internal teams (test prep, writing mentors, trainers) to ensure seamless student progress. Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and escalation for students requiring additional support.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong empathetic listening and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of academic systems (Indian & international) and admissions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, psychology, or related fields. Prior experience in academic counselling, career guidance, test prep, or student services. Certifications in career counselling (optional but valued)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
