Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic

Academic Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a student-focused mindset, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve academic success. You will be responsible for counseling students and parents, guiding them on course selection, career paths, and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand academic goals and challenges Guide students in selecting suitable courses, career paths, and educational programs Provide detailed information about admission procedures, exams, scholarships, and other academic opportunities Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly on progress Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure smooth student experiences Organize seminars, workshops, and information sessions for student engagement Stay updated with current educational trends, entrance exams, and academic developments Meet counseling targets and maintain a high standard of service

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline

Experience:

At least

1 year of experience

in academic counseling, student advisory, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Background in education, psychology, or counseling (added advantage) Familiarity with Indian and international academic systems Multilingual ability is a plus

Work Timings:

As per institutional hours, with flexibility based on session schedules and center visits.
