We are looking for a proactive and student-friendly

Academic Counsellor

to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for guiding students through academic options, answering their queries, and helping them choose the right courses based on their goals and interests. Your main focus will be student engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or video calls. Understand students' needs and recommend suitable courses or programs. Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support. Answer queries related to course structure, fees, and admission process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working remotely and using tools like Google Meet, Zoom, CRM systems, etc. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups daily. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
