Key Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective students and provide course counseling Understand students' educational and career needs and offer suitable guidance Manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert them into admissions Maintain and update student records Support and participate in student engagement activities Collaborate with the academic and marketing team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Strong communication & interpersonal skills Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM) Energetic, empathetic, and student-friendly attitude
