Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and existing students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, admissions support, and maintaining strong student relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding academic courses, certifications, and career opportunities Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions Explain course details, fee structure, eligibility, and admission process Maintain and update student data in CRM systems Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding Resolve student queries in a timely and professional manner Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Experience: Freshers can apply 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or student support is an advantage Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and email communication
