Develop long-term, supportive relationships with students through honesty, empathy, and a genuine commitment to their success.
Advocate for the Student
Empower students to make informed and confident decisions regarding their education and future career paths.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (background in education, counseling, or business development is an added advantage).
0-2 years of experience in student advising, academic counseling, education sales, or a related role is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Student-focused mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and provide effective solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
Familiarity with CRM tools and student management platforms is a plus.
