Counsel prospective students through calls, video sessions, chats, and emails
Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences
Recommend suitable UG/PG courses, certifications, diplomas, and Executive MBA programs
Assist students throughout the admission process: application, documentation, fee payment, and enrollment
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and conversion reports in CRM systems
Convert leads into enrollments by explaining program benefits, learning outcomes, and future opportunities
Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Experience
Up to 3yrs of experience in EdTech, education counseling, admissions, or inside sales
Exposure to UG/PG programs or Executive Education is a plus
Skills
Excellent English communication skills
Strong persuasion, counseling, and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Ability to understand academic programs and career pathways
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
