Explain program offerings, learning outcomes, eligibility requirements, and financial options in a clear and relatable way
Guide students through the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Follow up consistently with prospective learners using calls, messages, emails, and digital tools
Track interactions, progress, and enrollments accurately within the CRM system
Work towards individual and team enrollment goals while maintaining transparency and trust
Qualifications:
A graduate or postgraduate from any stream with a passion for education
Freshers eager to start a career in counseling or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience
Confident communicators who can simplify complex information
Empathetic listeners who enjoy helping students make important life decisions
Goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms (training provided if needed)
