Engage with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms to address inquiries and provide program information
Clearly communicate UG/PG program details including curriculum structure, eligibility criteria, fee plans, scholarships, and career outcomes.
Manage the end-to-end admission process from initial inquiry to successful enrollment
Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and revenue targets consistently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system, including follow-ups and status updates
Build long-term relationships with students to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or postgraduate from any academic discipline
Fresher or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or inside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and listening abilities to understand student needs
Target-driven mindset with a commitment to ethical counseling and student success
Basic proficiency in CRM tools is preferred
