We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented

Business Development Associate / Academic Counselor

who will be responsible for student counseling, lead conversion, and business growth. The role involves guiding prospective students about academic programs while actively contributing to sales, partnerships, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career prospects Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates Achieve individual and team sales targets Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and revenue performance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with counseling abilities Ability to build trust and long-term relationships Good negotiation and persuasion skills Target-driven and result-oriented approach Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
