Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with learner inquiries through

phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms

Identify student goals, career plans, and skill gaps to recommend appropriate learning programs Drive the

admission funnel

from first contact to final registration Consistently meet

monthly enrollment and conversion targets

Communicate UG/PG program highlights including

curriculum flow, eligibility requirements, fee structure, scholarships, and career outcomes

Maintain accurate records in the

CRM system

with timely follow-ups and status updates Nurture long-term student relationships that contribute to referrals and business development

Qualifications:

Graduates or postgraduates from

any academic background

Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience

in education counseling, telecalling, customer engagement, or inside sales Strong

spoken and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple leads while maintaining conversion quality Motivated by targets but equally focused on

ethical counseling and student success

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
