Ensure every student receives clear, transparent details about program structure, eligibility, outcomes, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
Keep the CRM updated with fresh leads, follow-up actions, and conversion status on a daily basis.
Track lead behaviour, maintain organized records, and present timely reports to the admissions team.
Maintain a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and product expertise in every interaction.
Build long-term rapport with learners to encourage referrals, positive reviews, and continued engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Business, or related areas preferred, but all disciplines welcome).
0-2 years of experience in EdTech counseling, admissions, teleconsulting, or inside sales preferred*--freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage deadlines and maximize student conversions.
