About the Role:

IADA is inviting applications for the position of

Experienced Academic Counselor

to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

student counseling, admissions, or sales

with excellent communication and target-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on academic programs and career opportunities Handle admission inquiries and guide students through the enrollment process Follow up on leads and convert them into successful admissions Conduct student orientations and maintain counseling records Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

(Master's preferred)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience

in

academic counseling, education sales, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to achieve targets and handle student queries efficiently Candidates from the

counseling or service sales background

will be given preference

Freshers, pre-primary teachers, or unrelated profiles are not suitable for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
