Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, texts and emails to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable learning programs.
Manage the entire admissions lifecycle--lead qualification, program explanation, query handling, follow-ups, and final enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets through strategic counseling and effective lead conversion.
Provide accurate information on UG/PG courses, career outcomes, certifications, placement support, eligibility, and fee structure.
Maintain and update the CRM system with real-time lead tracking, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
Ensure high levels of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every student interaction.
Build long-term relationships with learners to encourage referrals and repeat enrolments.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor's or Master's degree (education, business, or related fields preferred).
6months to 2years of proven experience in EdTech counseling, admissions, inside sales, or academic advising.
Freshers looking to start their career are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maximize conversions under deadlines.
