Job Overview
As an Academic Counselor at University Insights, you will be responsible for understanding student needs, providing accurate guidance about international education programs, and helping them make informed career decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude. Freshers with good communication are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad, Aviation, Nursing, Engineering, and global study programs.
Conduct telephonic, WhatsApp, in-office, and virtual counseling sessions.
Explain courses, eligibility requirements, fee structures, scholarships, visa processes, and university comparisons.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and ensure timely conversion.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and coordination with the admissions team.
Update leads and student records accurately in CRM and maintain organized communication logs.
Represent University Insights professionally with a customer-first and solution-focused approach.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, friendly, and approachable behavior.
Ability to explain information clearly and handle queries patiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the education industry.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream (BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Tech, Nursing, Pharmacy, Psychology, etc.).
Freshers or candidates with
0-1 year experience
in counseling, sales, customer service, or relevant fields.
Passion for student guidance and educational consulting.
