Handle student counseling, career guidance, and course advising through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.
Explain program details, admission criteria, career outcomes, and learning pathways to prospective students.
Assess student backgrounds to recommend appropriate UG/PG programs, certifications, and specialization options.
Manage end-to-end admissions including eligibility checks, documentation support, and application follow-ups.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-up logs, lead status, and student records.
Coordinate with the admissions, academics, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets, conversion goals, and lead management KPIs.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction, query resolution, and relationship building.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
0-3 years of experience.
Prior experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, EdTech, Inside Sales, Student Support or Customer Service is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, structured, and fast-paced environment.
