Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on Digital Marketing courses offered by the institute.
Understand learners' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets with team coordination.
Participate in promotional and marketing activities when required.
Required Skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.).
Ability to handle student queries professionally.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Good convincing and presentation skills.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Digital Marketing course certification (preferred but not mandatory).
