Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing courses offered by the institute
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & social media leads
Explain course structure, duration, fees, benefits, and career opportunities
Maintain follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
Assist students throughout the admission process
Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Maintain proper student records and update CRM
Coordinate with the training and marketing teams when required
Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum 1 year experience in counseling or student handling (preferred)
Strong knowledge of
Digital Marketing course concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage, influence, and convert prospective students
