Serve as the primary advisor for prospective students, providing comprehensive insights into program offerings, academic pathways, and career prospects.
Conduct personalized counseling sessions through calls, emails, or live chats to identify students' goals, interests, and qualifications.
Assist applicants through every stage of the admissions cycle -- from eligibility assessment and document collection to application tracking and enrollment completion.
Ensure all student interactions and progress updates are accurately captured and maintained in the CRM system.
Consistently work toward achieving defined enrollment goals while upholding quality and integrity in student guidance.
Stay updated with institutional offerings, academic policies, and emerging education trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Contribute to process improvement by sharing student feedback and insights to enhance the overall counseling experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
0-2 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, student engagement, admissions, or customer relationship roles.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in EdTech, higher education, or consulting will be considered an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
