Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, offering clear information about programs, course structures, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
Conduct personalized one-on-one counseling sessions (via phone, email, or chat) to understand each student's academic and professional goals and recommend the most suitable UG/PG programs.
Support students throughout the admission process -- including eligibility checks, documentation, application status updates, and final onboarding.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all student interactions, leads, and application progress using the CRM system.
Work proactively toward achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets while ensuring students receive a positive and informative experience.
Stay informed about new academic programs, university policies, and industry trends to provide updated and relevant guidance to students.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience
in student counseling, admissions, inside sales, or customer success.
Freshers wanting to start their career are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in
EdTech, higher education, or academic consulting
is an added advantage.
Strong
communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in
