Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand our programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
Conduct engaging one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, email, or video calls to identify each student's academic goals and recommend the most suitable UG/PG programs.
Support students throughout the admission process -- from eligibility checks and document submission to final onboarding.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all student interactions, inquiries, and application progress using the CRM system.
Work toward monthly enrollment and revenue goals while ensuring every student feels informed, confident, and valued.
Stay updated on new academic programs, admission policies, and emerging industry trends to provide informed, up-to-date guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years
of experience in student counseling, admissions, sales, or customer success.
Prior exposure to EdTech, higher education, or academic consulting is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping others achieve their educational dreams.
