Support students throughout the admission cycle

Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records
of all student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
Achieve
monthly enrollment and revenue goals
while maintaining a strong focus on student satisfaction.
Stay updated on academic offerings, policies, and industry trends to effectively counsel students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in
student counseling, admissions, sales, or customer support
.
Prior experience in
EdTech, higher education, or academic consulting
is an advantage.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
with fluency in English (verbal and written).
