Role Overview

We are looking for an

experienced and dynamic Academic Counselor

with at least

1 year of proven experience

in education counseling or overseas admissions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a deep understanding of student needs.

You'll play a key role in guiding students and parents through the

entire MBBS Abroad process

, from career counseling to admission and visa guidance. If you love achieving goals while creating real impact -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on

MBBS Abroad programs

and university options across multiple countries. Evaluate students' profiles and recommend the best-fit universities based on eligibility, budget, and goals. Manage the

end-to-end admission process

- application, documentation, offer letter, and visa guidance. Handle inbound leads, follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Build strong relationships with students and parents for long-term engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align counseling with lead-generation campaigns. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets with confidence and consistency. Stay updated with the latest

education regulations, NMC guidelines

, and country-specific requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in academic counseling, study abroad, or career guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi mandatory). Strong persuasive and presentation skills. Ability to handle student queries confidently and professionally. Target-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred but not mandatory).

CTC & Benefits

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
