Act as the primary contact for students interested in our academic programs.
Provide detailed and accurate information about online UG/PG courses, eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and learning outcomes.
Conduct personalized counseling sessions via phone, email, or video calls to understand student interests and recommend suitable programs.
Assist students throughout the admissions process -- from inquiry to enrollment -- including document collection, application submission, and final onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date records of all student interactions and application progress using our CRM tools.
Work towards monthly goals related to student enrollments and revenue, while prioritizing a student-first approach.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in student counseling, sales, customer support, or related roles.
Prior exposure to EdTech, education consulting, or university admissions will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English -- both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
